Fraunhofer IAF has a robot measuring station at its disposal where our scientists can also carry out measurements for customers or partners.
Both high-frequency sensors and optical sensors can be attached to the flexible robot arm and thus reliably inspect devices from different angles and distances. The measuring station can be adapted according to the application scenario.
